How it works

Connect Canva
Settings → Integrations → Canva. Sign in and pick the brand kit you want available inside tasks.

Design from a task
Click 'Create Canva design' on any task. Pick a template; Canva opens with the task's context.

Approve and export
Reviewers approve inside the task. On approval, Conopeum exports the design to Drive and (optionally) hands it to MyMarky.

Do I need a Canva Pro account?
Free Canva works for editing, but exporting and brand kits generally require Canva Pro or Teams.
What happens with shared designs?
Canva only lets the owner or edit-shared collaborators export. If you get a shared design that fails to export, ask the owner to share with edit access.
Where do the exports land?
In the Drive folder you configured for the workspace, alongside a link back to the originating task.
