Conopeum is operated by SO Services, LLC. We want you to be happy with your subscription.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your Conopeum subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or renewal date. After that 14-day window, charges for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time from your workspace settings.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email you purchased with.
- Or contact our support team and we will help facilitate the refund through Paddle.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. Cancellation stops future renewals — your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
