Overview

Conopeum provides multi-inbox Gmail task management for teams. Workspaces include members, roles, and the ability to connect multiple Google accounts.

Plans and Workspaces

Conopeum allows you to turn Gmail threads into tasks, assign them to team members, and track them across pipelines using sections. All plans include the following core capabilities:

  • Connect multiple Google accounts per workspace.
  • Access to the 'Add-as-task' dialog with duplicate email matching and warnings.
  • Ticket merging for threads from the same customer.
  • Time tracking with Plutio category resolution: customer, then section, then workspace default.

Integrations

Conopeum integrates with several tools to streamline your workflow:

  • Canva: Create designs or use brand templates from any task. Files sync to Google Drive and link back to the task.
  • MyMarky: Send tasks as draft social posts. Attachments upload to the media library and a link is added back to the Conopeum task.
  • Plutio: Full two-way sync for customers, tasks, comments, and time entries.
  • Fathom: Automatically convert meeting notes into tasks.
  • Avaza: Coming soon: push tasks and mirror time entries per teammate.
  • Atarim: Coming soon: pull website-feedback tasks into your workspace.

Management

To manage your workspace, open Settings, General, Plan. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly. If a workspace exceeds member or account limits based on your tier, access may be restricted until the workspace is adjusted.

Troubleshooting

  • Billing questions: Open Settings, General, Billing to view invoices and receipts.
  • Duplicate Customers: Conopeum uses case-insensitive email matching (trim + lowercase) to prevent duplicates. If you see a 'matched existing customer' note, the system has identified an existing record and will backfill missing fields like name or phone number.
