MyMarky integration
Send Conopeum tasks to MyMarky as draft social posts. Sync task images and videos directly to your Marky media library and access drafts via task comments.

Overview
The MyMarky integration allows you to send any Conopeum task to MyMarky to be used as a draft social post. When you send a task, the title and description are transferred, and all image or video attachments are automatically uploaded to your Marky media library. Conopeum then adds a comment to the task with an "Open in MyMarky" link for quick access.
Connect MyMarky
Only workspace Owners and Managers can connect MyMarky (see Roles and permissions).
- Open Settings, then Integrations, then MyMarky in Conopeum.
- Click the Connect button to authorize your Marky account.
- Once authenticated, the integration will show as Active.
Send a task to MyMarky as a draft post
Once MyMarky is connected, you can push task content to your social media workflow using these steps:
- Open the task you wish to convert into a post.
- Click the Send to MyMarky button located in the task actions menu.
- Conopeum will transfer the text and any media attachments (images and videos) to your Marky account.
- A comment will automatically appear on the task containing an "Open in MyMarky" link. Click this link to view and finish your post in the MyMarky dashboard.
Note that all media files attached to the task are synced to the Marky media library during this process so they are ready for your post.
Disconnect MyMarky
To revoke Conopeum's access, go to Settings, then Integrations, then MyMarky and click Disconnect. Any posts already drafted or media already uploaded will remain in your MyMarky account.
Troubleshooting
- If the Send to MyMarky button does not appear, ensure the integration is toggled to Active in the Settings menu.
- If attachments are missing in MyMarky, verify that the files are fully uploaded as attachments to the Conopeum task before clicking Send.
- If the "Open in MyMarky" link does not appear, check the task comments section; you may need to refresh your view to see the latest activity.
