MyMarky integration

Overview

MyMarky (mymarky.ai) is a social-media scheduling tool. Conopeum can push a task into MyMarky as a draft social post, including any images or videos already attached to the task.

When you send a task to Marky, Conopeum:

• Uses the task title and notes as the post caption.
• Downloads image and video attachments from the task and uploads them into Marky's media library.
• Creates a draft post in Marky with the media attached.
• Adds a comment to the task with an Open in MyMarky link to the task, so you can schedule or publish the post.

Connect MyMarky

MyMarky is connected through Conopeum's integration settings. Navigate to Settings -> Integrations -> MyMarky to sync your account. Once connected, Conopeum enables the MyMarky tools for your workspace tasks.

Send a task to Marky

Open a task and click Send to Marky as draft. If you have more than one business location in MyMarky, pick the one you want to post to. Marky creates a draft post in the selected workspace.

If the task has image or video attachments, they are sent to the MyMarky media library and included with the post. If a media file cannot be downloaded, Conopeum stops and tells you which file failed so you can fix it rather than posting a caption-only draft.

After sending

A comment is added to the task showing:

• The MyMarky business location used.
• How many attachments were included.
• A link to open the draft in the MyMarky app.

Click Open in MyMarky to schedule, edit, or publish the post.

Troubleshooting

• "Connect Marky first": ensure your account is successfully linked in Settings: Integrations: MyMarky.
• "No Marky businesses": make sure your MyMarky account has at least one business location.
• Media upload fails: check that the attachment is still available on the task and that the file is a supported image or video format.
