Supported Conopeum Integrations

Conopeum is a multi-inbox Gmail task manager that layers advanced features on top of Google Tasks. While we do not currently offer a public MCP server for external AI agents like Claude or Cursor, you can connect your workspace to several powerful productivity tools via Settings: Integrations.

Available Integrations

• Plutio: Enjoy a two-way sync for customers, tasks, comments, and time entries. Conopeum resolves Plutio time categories in a specific order: customer, then section, and finally the workspace default.
• Canva: Create blank designs or open brand templates from any task. Exported files sync to Google Drive and link back to the source task as attachments.
• MyMarky: Send any task to MyMarky as a draft social post. Attachments are uploaded to the media library, and a link is added back to your task via a comment.
• Fathom: Automatically convert your meeting notes into tasks within Conopeum.

• Avaza: Push tasks and mirror time entries per teammate.
• Atarim: Pull website-feedback tasks directly into your workspace.

How Permissions Work

Conopeum respects your Google Workspace roles and permissions. When you connect multiple Google accounts, Conopeum acts as the central hub, ensuring that your customers are matched by email (case and whitespace insensitive) to prevent duplicates. When a match is found, Conopeum automatically backfills missing fields like name, phone, and organization from the new submission.
