Integrations in Conopeum

Conopeum acts as the central hub for your team, layering assignment, sections, and time tracking over Google Tasks. To extend your workflow, you can connect several third-party platforms.

Plutio

Conopeum offers a deep two-way sync with Plutio for customers, tasks, comments, and time entries. Time tracking supports Plutio time categories, which are resolved in the following order: customer, then section, then the workspace default. This ensures your billing and project management stay perfectly aligned.

Atarim

For teams managing website feedback, the Atarim integration provides a two-way sync of tasks, status, priority, and comments. When tasks are imported from Atarim, they include helpful context such as screenshots, files, and specific page details.

Fathom

Streamline your post-meeting workflow by connecting Fathom. This integration automatically converts your Fathom meeting notes into actionable tasks within Conopeum.

MyMarky

You can send any Conopeum task to MyMarky as a draft social post. Any image or video attachments on the task are automatically uploaded to the MyMarky media library. Conopeum then adds a comment to the task with an "Open in MyMarky" link for easy access.

Canva

The Canva add-on allows you to create blank designs or open existing brand templates directly from a task. Once you export your files as a PNG, JPG, or PDF, they sync to Google Drive and are automatically linked back to the source task as attachments.

Avaza (Coming Soon)

We are currently developing an integration for Avaza that will allow users to push tasks and mirror time entries per teammate. Stay tuned for updates.

How Sync Works

Conopeum is built on Google Tasks as the source of truth. When integrations like Plutio or Atarim are connected, Conopeum layers additional data such as assignments and due-date offsets on top. Tasks can also be created from reusable templates that include checklists, notes, and title variables to keep your external systems consistent.

If you need to remove a task, Conopeum uses a soft-delete system. Tasks are moved to the Trash for 30 days before being permanently removed, at which point Google Task and Calendar mirrors are cleaned up automatically.
