Overview

Conopeum can create and manage Canva designs straight from a task, so the source brief and the finished creative stay in one place.

Create a new design from a blank design or a brand template.
Open the design in Canva in one click.
Export the finished design as PNG, JPG, or PDF to Google Drive; the exported file is then linked back to the source task as an attachment.

Connect Canva

Only workspace owners or managers can connect Canva. In Settings: Integrations: Canva, click Connect Canva and authorize the requested access.

Add a Canva design to a task

Open a task, scroll to the Attachments section, and click Add Canva design. You can:

Start from a blank design: Create a new design from scratch within Canva.
Start from a brand template: Open a brand template from any task to ensure brand consistency.

Conopeum adds a Canva design attachment to the task with an Open link that takes you straight into Canva. Edit the design in Canva and reopen the link from the task at any time: the attachment always points to the same design.

Export a design to Drive

When a design is ready, click Export next to the Canva attachment in the task. Pick a format (PNG, JPG, or PDF). Conopeum:

Renders the design from Canva.
Syncs the file to Google Drive.
Links the file back to the source task as an attachment.

The exported file is now stored in Drive and linked from the task, making it easy for the team to find the final assets.
