Atarim integration

Connect Atarim

Only workspace Owners and Managers can configure Atarim.

1. Open Settings, then Integrations.
2. Find Atarim and enter the webhook token from your Atarim account.
3. Test the connection. Conopeum verifies access by requesting tasks before saving the connection.

After connection, the integration card shows the inbound webhook URL and a fallback URL. Add the inbound URL in Atarim so supported task events can reach Conopeum promptly. The fallback URL is available when the primary format is not accepted.

Link a customer to an Atarim project

Open a customer and find the Atarim panel. Use Discover projects to choose a visible Atarim site or project. If discovery is unavailable, select Enter manually and paste the site UUID.

The link belongs to that customer. Unlinking stops new pulls for that customer but leaves previously imported tasks in place.

Bring feedback into Conopeum

Use Poll now from the integration card to request current Atarim work immediately. Webhook events and scheduled polling keep linked projects synchronized after setup.

Imported tasks can include comments, screenshots, files, reporter details, and page context. Status, priority, and comments synchronize in both directions. The workspace's configured section, assignee, and due-date rules are applied during import.

The integration card also includes a setting for whether Atarim AI teammates are included. Leave it off when automated teammates should not create or update workspace tasks.

Work with an imported task

The task integration panel provides links to open the Atarim task or linked customer. Use Re-sync when you need to request the latest Atarim data for that task. Re-sync uses the linked Atarim identifiers, so confirm the customer is linked to the correct site UUID.

Troubleshooting

• If no projects appear, refresh discovery and confirm the token can access those projects.
• If a task does not import, confirm its site UUID is linked to a customer in the active workspace.
• If webhook delivery is unavailable, use Poll now while checking the configured URL in Atarim.
• If automated users create unwanted work, turn off the Atarim AI teammate setting.
