Connect Atarim

Only workspace Owners and Managers can configure Atarim integrations. Open Settings, then Integrations, to connect your account. Conopeum supports a two-way sync for website feedback tasks, ensuring your team can manage client requests without leaving their Gmail-based workflow.

Bring feedback into Conopeum

When Atarim is connected, feedback tasks are imported into your workspace. Imported tasks include screenshots, files, and page context from the original website feedback. The workspace applies your configured section, assignee, and due-date rules during the import process.

Status, priority, and comments synchronize in both directions. When a teammate updates a task in Conopeum, the changes reflect in Atarim, and new feedback from Atarim appears automatically in your task list.

Work with an imported task

Every imported task includes a link to the original Atarim feedback for easy reference. You can view the page context and attachments directly within the Conopeum task details. Because Google Tasks serves as the source of truth, these synchronized tasks also appear in your Google Calendar and mobile Google Tasks app.

Troubleshooting

• If tasks are not appearing, confirm the Atarim connection is active in the Integrations settings page.
• If comments are not syncing, verify that the task was originally created via the Atarim integration.
• For priority or status issues, ensure the task has not been moved to a workspace where the integration is disabled.
