Why we built Conopeum
The story behind a multi-inbox Gmail task manager built for teams that live in Google Workspace.

Most task managers ask you to leave email behind. We disagreed.
Conopeum was born from a simple observation: the work already lives in Gmail. Requests, approvals, follow-ups, and shared accounts all flow through inboxes. Pulling that into a separate tool just creates two places to forget things.
So we built a task manager that meets people where they already are. Connect multiple Google accounts, turn any email into a tracked task, and keep everything in sync with Google Tasks as your source of truth. By layering sections, assignments, and time tracking on top of Gmail, Conopeum transforms your inbox into a collaborative pipeline.
We have also integrated with tools you already use, such as Plutio, Canva, MyMarky, and Fathom. This is the first post in what will be a regular series: product updates, customer stories, and the occasional post about email.
