Introducing Conopeum v1.5: SMS, Hardened PTO, and Smarter Automation

Conopeum started as a way to turn Google Mail into real, trackable work. Version 1.5 is the release where the rest of the operation caught up: your team's hours, your time off, your reminders, and now the text messages that keep everyone moving. Here is what changed, and why.

## Two-way SMS on your own Twilio number

Email is patient. Approvals are not. In v1.5 each workspace can connect its own Twilio number and switch on exactly the pieces it wants: notifications, two-way reply actions, or inbound task creation.

- Reply `APPROVE` to a timesheet or time-off request and the decision is recorded — no login, no app switch. - Text your workspace number and a task is created for you, with the message body as the description. - Messages from numbers we do not recognize are quarantined in the SMS Inbox instead of silently creating records. - Every reminder and approval message runs through a per-workspace template editor, so the wording is yours.

Customer texting rides along with the Customer Portal add-on: a customer's reply lands as a customer-visible comment on their task, the same audience and the same consent posture as the portal itself.

## A time-off ledger you can audit

PTO math is the kind of thing that has to be right every time, not most of the time. v1.5 rebuilt the accounting underneath it.

- Every write stores a balance snapshot, so you can see what the balance was and what changed it. - Reversals and undo mean a mistaken adjustment is corrected, not overwritten. - A nightly integrity sweep recomputes balances and raises an admin alert — with per-person details — when a stored balance drifts. - One-click recompute lives in HR Review, so fixing drift never requires digging into an individual's profile. - Annual lump-sum and no-rollover policies now behave correctly at the reset boundary, including carryover caps and use-it-or-lose-it days.

## Timesheets that print the way managers actually need

Approved timesheets lock, so employees cannot quietly edit history. And exports now come in two flavors: a **Full** PDF with every note, or a **Summary** PDF with just dates and hours for the payroll packet. Workspace-level rounding rules (7-minute, 5, 6, or 15-minute intervals) and minimum durations keep the numbers consistent across the team.

## Scheduled emails that understand your calendar

Reminders in v1.5 are timezone-aware, support custom From names and Reply-To addresses, and accept variables in both subject and body — including relative date tokens like `{next.tuesday}`. New weekday modifiers (`:weekday`, `:nextweekday`, `:prevweekday`) mean a deadline that lands on a Sunday can say Monday instead. Semi-monthly frequencies cover 15th and end-of-month cycles with `{period.start}` and `{period.end}`. Delivery status tracking and a Scheduled Sends view tell you whether a send actually arrived, not just whether it was attempted.

## Integrations that keep up

Atarim tasks now carry a customer-name prefix and clamp huge titles into the description instead of failing. Plutio supports multiple customers per project, a searchable project picker, and time pushed as `Task title - note`. MeetJamie notes can be imported from a shareable link when the API is not available. Google accounts can be swapped between private and shared without reconnecting.
