Introducing Conopeum: Multi-Inbox Task Management for Google Workspace
A tour of the core capabilities of Conopeum: turning Gmail threads into tasks, managing multi-account workflows, and leveraging deep integrations with Canva, MyMarky, and Plutio.

Conopeum started as a way to turn Google Mail into real, trackable work. As a multi-inbox Gmail task manager built for teams, it allows you to assign, comment, and track tasks without leaving your inbox. Here is what changed, and why.
## Multi-Gmail and Task Management
Gmail is the starting point, but Google Tasks is the source of truth. Conopeum layers assignment, sections, time, and integrations on top. You can connect multiple Google accounts per workspace. Sections mirror your pipelines, such as sales or support, while workspaces manage members and roles.
Customer management is now automated. Customers are auto-created from inbound emails. Because matching is case and whitespace insensitive, duplicates do not slip in. When a matching customer is found, missing fields like name, phone, or organization are backfilled from the new submission. If a duplicate is detected, a "matched existing customer" note surfaces in the Add-as-task dialog. You can also merge two threads from the same customer into a single task.
## Creative and Social Integrations
Our new add-ons help you move faster between tools:
- Canva: Create blank designs or open brand templates from any task. Exported PNG, JPG, or PDF files sync to Google Drive and link back to the source task automatically. - MyMarky: Send a task to MyMarky as a draft social post. Attachments are uploaded to the media library, and an "Open in MyMarky" link is added back to the Conopeum task as a comment.
## Deep Integration with Plutio and Fathom
For teams using Plutio, we provide a two-way sync of customers, tasks, comments, and time entries. Time tracking supports Plutio categories, which are resolved in a specific order: customer, then section, then workspace default.
Meeting workflows are also simplified. With the Fathom integration, you can convert meeting notes into tasks automatically.
