Discover smoother timesheets, multi-assignee subtasks, and deeper Canva integrations in the latest Conopeum update.
By Conopeum Team
Running a busy team means you need a clear view of where your time goes without jumping between tabs. With the release of Conopeum v2.2, we have redesigned the dashboard to give you exactly that. We have split the dashboard into two distinct views: My Work and Team Management. This change ensures that your personal task list and time tracking stay front and center, while the heavier HR and team oversight tools move to their own dedicated space. Owners and managers will finally see their own tasks and time cards alongside their leadership tools, rather than just a team overview.
Time tracking and payroll just got much more reliable with our new automated time off handling. When you have approved paid time off, Conopeum now places those hours directly onto your timesheet day-by-day. These hours count toward your period total automatically, and they are written to the timesheet when you submit it. This means your managers and payroll staff see the correct hours every time, without you having to manually type in holiday or sick leave. We have also updated the My Work view so you can see your approved time off hours right next to your tracked hours, giving you a full picture of your week at a glance.
We know that teamwork often happens within a single task, so we have upgraded subtasks to support multiple assignees with individual sign-off. If a checklist item requires two or three people, you can now assign it to all of them. Each person gets their own clickable pill on the main Tasks list, allowing them to mark their specific part as done without needing to open the full task or checking off the entire item for everyone else. To make this even easier for large teams, the assignee picker now includes a search bar so you can find the right teammate in seconds.
Communication with your clients is now more flexible than ever. You can now start an email thread with a client from any task, even if it did not start as an email. Conopeum intelligently picks the best recipient, either from an integrated lead source or a linked customer contact, and automatically links the resulting thread back to the task. The email composer now supports rich formatting like bold text and lists, and it keeps your formatting intact when you paste from other documents. This ensures your professional tone remains consistent from your first draft to the final send.
Our integrations have also received a major boost in this version. Canva users will notice a much more reliable connection that bypasses popup blockers and works seamlessly with custom domains. You can now send Canva designs directly to Marky as PNG exports without cluttering your Google Drive. For those using Plutio, we have fixed sync delays and permission errors, ensuring your comments and task updates flow through instantly with clear labels for who said what. We have also added a configurable due-date offset for incoming tickets, so you can decide exactly how many working days your team has to respond when a source like Atarim or ClickUp does not provide a deadline.
This update includes many other refinements to make your daily work easier. You can now paginate through your entire Gmail history within the app, extract subtasks from emails with AI while skipping duplicates, and generate multi-page travel expense vouchers that keep your totals clearly organized. We have also improved how automated emails are sent, allowing you to send them from your own connected Google mailbox so they appear in your Sent folder. These changes, along with dozens of small fixes for Atarim ticket routing and platform navigation, make v2.2 our most stable and helpful release yet.
