Today, we are updating Conopeum to address two critical areas of the user experience: team visibility within your task lists and administrative control over your workspace membership. These updates ensure that your operations remain smooth and that no task or team member falls through the cracks.
Visibility is the foundation of any successful project, especially when multiple people are responsible for the same piece of work. Because Conopeum layers assignment and sections on top of Google Tasks, it is vital that every assignee sees their tasks exactly where they belong. We have refined our navigation so that the grouped top navigation, which separates Workspace, Task tools, Time & People, Tickets, Admin, and Settings, appears clearly for those with the correct roles. This ensures that every responsible team member has the context they need to stay productive, allowing your team to trust that their dashboard reflects their entire workload.
We have also focused on giving Owners and Managers more reliable control over their workspace. Since Conopeum allows tasks to be soft-deleted to the Trash for 30 days, we have streamlined how team members and their associated data are managed. Employees can delete and restore tasks they created, while Owners and Managers retain a broader workspace scope to maintain data integrity. We have ensured the removal workflow correctly identifies the member and their role, so you can manage your team roster without friction.
In addition to these core improvements, we have improved how user profiles appear during management tasks. Person profiles now clearly display the Overview, Time off, Timesheets, and Tasks tabs, along with leader-only Manager controls where applicable. This release is part of our ongoing commitment to making Conopeum the most reliable way for teams to manage their tasks and HR needs within the Google ecosystem.
