We have built in safety checks to ensure these signatures remain secure and render perfectly for your recipients, providing a polished look for every piece of correspondence sent through the platform.

For managers and HR administrators, the burden of record keeping is significantly lighter. We have overhauled the time off ledger to ensure you have a balance you can trust. Every single entry now stores a snapshot of the prior and resulting balances, making historical data reproducible and preventing the dreaded balance drift. If a mistake happens, admins can now use a non-destructive reversal to fix it, which keeps the original record visible for audit purposes while automatically recomputing the downstream snapshots. We have even added a nightly integrity sweep that alerts you to any discrepancies, so you can catch issues long before they become payroll headaches.

Efficiency also comes from small improvements to the tools you use every hour. This release includes a persistent topbar that stays visible across the entire app, including a quick navigation row so you never have to backtrack to find what you need. We have also added one-click PDF exports for timesheets and travel expense vouchers from the HR review screen, plus the ability to lock timesheets once they are approved to prevent accidental edits by employees.

This version includes dozens of other refinements, such as the ability to create tasks by text message, a new waiting queue for blocked tasks, and an AI-powered subtask extractor for long emails. We have also improved our integrations with tools like Plutio and Atarim, ensuring that project lists and task titles stay synchronized and accurate.
