Most teams spend their mornings playing a frantic game of digital whack-a-mole. You check one inbox, respond to a client, then jump to another account to see if a teammate updated a project. By 10:00 AM, you have thirty tabs open and zero actual work done. For agencies, marketing teams, and small business operators, the inbox is not just for communication: it is the primary engine of the workday. Yet, standard tools often force us to choose between cluttered browser windows or expensive, complex project management software that nobody actually wants to use.

Conopeum was built to solve this specific friction by turning your existing Gmail accounts into a unified command center. We believe that you should not have to leave Google Workspace to stay organized. Instead of reinventing the wheel, we simply made the wheel turn faster and more efficiently. The grouped top navigation separates your Workspace, Task tools, Time & People, Tickets, Admin, and Settings. Items appear only when allowed by role and enabled features, while Workspace tabs remain available on workspace sub-pages. By focusing on core features that address the daily pains of busy professionals, Conopeum allows you to spend less time managing your tools and more time doing the work that moves the needle.

At the heart of the Conopeum experience is the ability to connect multiple Google accounts per workspace. If you manage multiple email accounts, perhaps a personal work email, a general info address, and a specific client project inbox, you know the fatigue of constant switching. Conopeum allows you to manage these disparate streams without the mental tax of logging in and out. This multi-inbox approach ensures that no high-priority message slips through the cracks because it was buried in an account you forgot to check.

Great communication is useless if it does not lead to action, which is why our Task Integration is a cornerstone of the platform. We have built a deep relationship with Google Tasks, which serves as the source of truth. When you identify a deliverable within an email, you can instantly convert it into a task without leaving the interface. Gmail-created tasks show their source email, sender, date, body, account, and Gmail link in task details when available. Conopeum then layers on critical team data like assignments, sections, time tracking, and completion reasons. Our time tracking even supports Plutio categories, resolved in a specific order: customer, then section, then workspace default. Tasks can be recurring or created from reusable templates with notes, checklists, assignees, links, due-date offsets, and title variables. If a mistake is made, tasks are soft-deleted to Trash for 30 days, where employees can restore their own tasks and managers retain broader scope.

We also know that organization is a competitive advantage for small teams and agencies. To support this, Conopeum utilizes Sections that mirror your specific pipelines, such as sales or support. Owners can disable sections workspace-wide without deleting stored section data. A workspace can also opt into the Tickets dashboard. Owners and Managers can track an individual task as a ticket, or make newly created tasks in a section tickets automatically. Ticket statuses include New, Triaged, In progress, Blocked, Resolved, and Closed. Ticket status and task completion synchronize both ways; tickets can be moved on the kanban or with the status picker, and app super admins can delete tickets.

Beyond task management, Conopeum handles critical HR functions. HR supports a printable organization chart with primary and secondary managers, groups, job titles, profile links, unplaced people, and explicitly excluded people. Time off supports policies, accruals, requests, approval routing, and printable reports. Approved PTO appears in timesheets and their PDFs. Person profiles show an Overview, Time off, Timesheets, Tasks, and leader-only Manager controls.

To further boost productivity, Conopeum integrates with the tools you already use. Our Canva add-on lets you create blank designs or open brand templates from any task, and it syncs exported files to Google Drive while linking them back to the source task. With MyMarky, you can send tasks as draft social posts; task attachments are uploaded to Marky, and an "Open in MyMarky" link is added back to the task as a comment. Fathom automatically converts meeting notes into tasks. We also offer a two-way sync with Plutio for customers, tasks, comments, and time entries. We have also partnered with Atarim for a two-way sync of website-feedback tasks, including status, priority, comments, screenshots, files, and page context. Looking ahead, we are excited to launch an integration with Avaza for push tasks and mirrored time entries per teammate soon. For communication management, scheduled email automations support fixed date lists and an optional stop-after-N-sends limit.

Two more capabilities round out the day-to-day experience. Ticket merging lets you merge two threads from the same customer into a single task, preserving the history of the request. And for every inbound email, Conopeum automatically handles customer management. Records are matched using trim and lowercase email logic, ensuring case and whitespace differences do not create duplicates; clear warnings also surface in the Add-as-task dialog with a "matched existing customer" note if a match is found. When a match is found, Conopeum automatically backfills missing fields like phone, name, or organization names from the new email, keeping your database accurate without extra admin work.
